Mike, it wasn't the commercial flagging, which just flags the
commercials. We don't have the auto-skip set.

This was actually creating a cutlist (the cutlist indicator came on in
our theme, Tinted Glass) and playback was actually missing parts of
the show due to errors in the commercial flagging.

I've narrowed it down to recording rules that were running
Lossless_Cut's Adjust_Keyframe's script. When I ran the keyframe
script on a recording without a cutlist it then got one. I'm pretty
sure this did not occur in an earlier version of the script from a few
days ago. I'll contact the developer.
