[mythtv-users] Upgrade from 0.25.0 to 0.25.3 made lirc super slow just in mythfrontend menus

That was a good guess indeed.

New QT not good?
But then, why does it work ok if I use the keyboard?

Then again, I just checked that I also have the OpenGL painter like I
thought I did, so I'm not sure.

I also found the update somehow managed to prevent my HTPC from going to
sleep ok (most of the time it hangs before going to sleep, with the fan
still running and it gets into a state where it can't wake up via etherwake
or other means).

Ah yeah, and mythfrontend now crashes like it's nobody's business...
Mmmh, and for some reason, the default config that sends to rsyslog which in
turn is supposed to be pattern matching and send to /var/log/myth/* doesn't
actually log anything for mythfrontend (but works for others, go figure) and
yes mythtfrontend is started with the right options for syslog and local7.

Mmmh, I guess it's time to revert to my last backup. I don't have time to
deal with so much breakage in a minor mythtv upgrade right now.
