I imagine you'll be fine but it depends on the quality & strength of your
existing signal.  I have the following setup on Time Warner Cable and have
had no  issues.

Street -> Three-way -> Four-way -----> Cable Modem
                 |                      |-----------> HDHR Tuner 1
                 |                      |-----------> HDHR Tuner 2
                 |                      |-----------> STB + HDPVR
                 |
                 |-----------> STB + TV #1
                 |-----------> STB + TV #2

I don't use MythTV for LiveTV at the moment, so I still use STB's on each
TV.
