The DVD spec allows between 3 - 9.5 Mbit/sec, so I think it's fine.  I
believe it's a default in MythArchive for HQ.

Thanks.   I'm poking around with the mythburn.py script, though, and I
believe I'm pretty close.   I'll post my findings here when I get something.
