[mythtv-users] Lost HDMI sound in Media Library->Search Internet videos after move to Mythbuntu 12.04

And more weirdness: since moving to 12.04 I just noticed that podcasts
in Information Center->Newsfeeds play jumpy like every other second
has been chopped or like a skipping record.

So my 12.04 sound score card:

Mythvideo and recordings: sound is great, no change since my 10.04 install
Dropping to desktop: sound in browser
MythMusic: sound
Myth Internet Radio (new in .26): sound

Browse Internet Video & Search Internet Video: no sound
Information Center->News Feeds (podcasts): skipping, choppy sound

So as I continue to scratch my head, I ask again, what's different in
the audio routing of the last two that breaks them compared to the
first four?
