[mythtv-users] No external channel change input box for Hauppauge 1600 digital

I have a small cable box that decrypts channels and rearranges them to fit the listings from Schedules Direct.  It outputs to channel 3 or 4 digital/ATSC, and I got the mceusb to change the channel on it.  However, there is no input box for an external channel changer for the DVB/ATSC video input device.  There is one for the analog half of the card, but since the STB is digital, that is useless.

Is there a reason that not external channel changer can be specified and, more importantly, is there a way to make one appear?
