[mythtv-users] upgrading from .25 to .26

I am a bit of a noob to mythtv and I am wanting to upgrade my mythtv backend to 0.26.  I am running version 0.25 on Ubuntu 12.04.  I have done some searches on how to go about doing an upgrade but I haven't found anything.  I figured I must be missing something.  Is there a guide for how to upgrade a mythtv backend?
