[mythtv-users] Mythtv SDV issues

I have Time Warner, and am trying to get mythtv 0.26 to work with my new
hardware setup:

*) SiliconDust HDHomeRun Prime w/multi cable card
*) Cisco STA1520 Tuning Adapter

The mythbox is able to tune and record all of the "FreePlay" broadcast
channels, but is unable to tune any of the other channels like TBS, Syfy,
Comedy Central, etc.

Here's the twist. To confirm that the hardware is setup correctly, I
configured Windows Media Center on my Windows 7 laptop.  WMC is able to
tune and record any available channel (TNT, TBS, FX, etc).  Plus, I checked
the status information on the HDHomeRun Prime itself, and I was unable to
see any problems or errors.

What do I need to do in order to get mythtv to properly tune the cable
channels?
