The later ffmpeg/ffprobe like to have the analyse_duration extended to
3000000.
This is required because (ffmpeg has changed &) mythtv does not start
recording on a "proper" start packet. So there is a varying amount to
undecode-able junk up to the first SPS & then decode-able AU packets.
