Comcast IPv6 finished enabling their entire Arris CMTS footprint
at the start of the year. I think the Cisco CMTS roll out is in
process. AFAIK there is no announcement by Comcast (their
servers just start responding to the dhcpv6 requests)(*). And
that only works if your modem is compliant (some modems
will actually filter the IPv6 packets, even in "bridge" mode).

(*) The known exception to that rule was when Comcast was
looking for very early beta adopters in certain area, and was
announced/recruited on network centric forums/lists (and at
an obscure location on their website; most traffic was probably
sent there via the network list mailings).
