[mythtv-users] Mythweb scheduled Recordings not working when program already started

I keep running into this issue where I am trying to get my hdpvr working
and I schedule a recording using mythweb and it does not start the
recording. It doesn't show up in scheduled recordings or currently
recorded. I do see some sort of dotted outline around the program but I
don't know what that is supposed to mean.

Also, there is no longer a manual overide to record in the scheduling page.
Anyone know why this is?
