The ITV Border channel has disappeared because the upstream listings
providers changed the published name of the channel to be the same as
the ITV Border (Scottish) channel. The same issue affects the Movies
24 channels since their temporary rename to Christmas 24.

The current release version of the grabber/XMLTV requires uniquely
named channels in the upstream listings in order to remove ambiguity
during end-user configuration. However, in the next release of XMLTV
(should be out today, 2012-12-03) this restriction is relaxed.
