Yes, the terms MSO and customer friendly are oxymorons.
TWC's bad rep, though, stands in a special place (which
is partially why many customers in TWC land actually hope
either Charter or Comcast purchase them; after hitting their
head against the wall so long, any change seems like
a good thing).
