You're using an old version of MythTV that used a broken^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hn 
algorithm to compute percent of time based on number of capture cards 
you have right now (so your percent drops instantaneously if you add 
another card)--put there because someone complained about having > 
100%.  However, a couple versions ago, that was changed back to the 
straightforward approach that actually means something.  With current 
MythTV, you'd show as having nearly 15% time spent recording.
