Rob, this might be a bug but probably not, it would had been all over the
list if it was till now. Sounds more like unfortunate combo of nvidia
driver, card and playback profile. Are you using vdpau? Would be good to
compare these things with Scott's settings too. Did you have this problem
in 0.24 or earlier versions?
