[mythtv-users] Recent DVD problems with video and audio drops

Recently I've noticed some problems with DVD playback.  It does not
affect all DVDs but the ones showing problems are unwatchable.  I'm
using 0.26 (I'll post the version info below) and compiled it as
recently as this evening (but this has gone on for the past week or
so).

I can repeat the problem consistently with the DVD of Inception.  A
.mkv made with makemkv does not show any problems at all.  In the log
here is what I see:

Notice the FPS listed.  This DVD should be 29.97 but it plays
significantly lower.  I've seen this on a number of DVDs recently and
they all have the same stuttering and skipping problems.
