[mythtv-users] Trouble importing channels.conf

I'm trying to refresh the channel list for my non-prime HDHR.  I've
built a channels.conf list using Robert Kulagowski's
qamscanner.beta.conf and that looks ok as far as I can tell, but when
I try to import this using mythtv-setup it tells me that there are no
new channels.  The console logs this:

The HDHR appears to be working ok as far as I can tell.  I can get
video from it just fine with hdhomerun-config, but mythtv fails to use
it with either livetv or scheduled recordings.  I've tried changing it
from being accessed via IP to deviceid, but it doesn't seem to make
much difference.

I have 89 channels in the channels.conf file, but only 21 invalid
channel errors.  I'm not really sure what's going on.

Any suggestions?
