That said, if SMART ever tells you (either through smartd or booting up)
IMMINENT DRIVE FAILURE, it is *not* effing kidding: work on that drive 
*right the hell now*.  When they say "within 24 hours", they're not just
whistling Dixie.

Had three of them throw that error; all were hard dead within 24 calendar
hours.
