[mythtv-users] DVD plays with Kaffeine, but not with builtin Mythtv player?

This is fresh start of mythfrontend, followed by my first attempt to
play the DVD.  This does nothing, just returns me to the menu.

I'm pretty certain this attempt finishes with this logline:

2013-01-29 09:56:43.714811 E  Failed to mount /dev/sr0.

The second attempt looks more promising, but ends up with mythfrontend
just saying "please wait", and the same logline, except some minutes
later:

2013-01-29 10:02:53.981860 E  Failed to mount /dev/sr0.

I have to kill mythfrontend - an strace shows it to be in a loop.
