That's no more effective (and more load on both your system and TMS's) 
than running mythfilldatabase --dd-grab-all as your normal daily refresh 
command.  As a matter of fact, if using --dd-grab-all, you likely 
wouldn't even need to run at a specific time.  The problem with the 
default configuration for Schedules Direct is that you only get updates 
for tomorrow and +13, so any changes to the schedule or updates aren't 
seen until "last minute" and any changes to today aren't seen at all.  
Using --dd-grab-all fixes this.  The only reason it's not the default is 
because too many people use severely underpowered (and/or misconfigured) 
systems that can't handle --dd-grab-all, so we've configured it so it 
will work, by default, but rely on you users to figure out how to 
configure it for best results.
