Considering you even got to the point where streaming was an option, 
that means the frontend otherwise connected to the backend fine. The 
videos should be streamed over the same ports, so if you can connect to 
the backend, you should be able to stream from the backend. Are you sure 
you actually have enough bandwidth to stream recordings across your 
internet uplink?
