Yes, it does.  I currently get all the freesat channels.

I think you need an S2 card if you want the HD channels otherwise DVB-S 
will work for all the standard def channels.

Yes it does, but I've never used it myself.  I use xmltv to grab listing 
data from the radiotimes website.
