[mythtv-users] Ceton Infinitv USB issues

I followed the setup guide here http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Ceton_InfiniTV_4. The backend configuration is pretty straight forward, at least so it seems. I have tried my existing 12.04 environment and have also installed a fresh 12.10. Both show the same errors when attempting to tune a channel.

I don't have any issues when I put my old STB behind Myth and reconfigure the backend. Is there any way to increase the debugging levels in the Mythbackend logs, maybe something specific to tuners? I still find it very strange that I have to reboot my Ceton USB device following any launch of Mythbackend.

Looking at the Frontend it seems the LiveTV Recorder is finishing immediately.
