[mythtv-users] How to disable mythlogserver?

I've been suffering from this very problem. My backend mythtv process is
having all the rights to write into logs directory, still I get a
bunch of mythlogserver instances eating up the resources. Even if there
is only one mythlogserver running it's consuming 9% CPU while
mythbackend recording on two channels is using 6%. 
Why we need this vampire?
