Intel disables the video decoding bits on their Pentium and Celeron 
processors.  You'll get the standard scalers and colorspace conversion 
needed to run Xv rendering, and there should be plenty of power in the 
GPU for OpenGL rendering, but all decoding will need to be done on the 
CPU. This rule might not apply since it's a specialized product, but I 
wouldn't bet on it.
