In Play Groups settings.  (Not Playback Groups.)

Many.

TV Playback/ADJUSTSTRETCH defaults to A and brings up the timestretch 
slider, then you can just adjust it to where you want.

Alternatively, you can map  TV Playback/STRETCHINC and TV 
Playback/STRETCHDEC to the keys of your choosing to just increase or 
decrease (by 0.05x) the stretch value without using the slider.

Or, my personal favorite, map a key of your choosing to TV 
Playback/TOGGLESTRETCH, which toggles between playing back at the 
previously-used stretch value and normal playback.  However, in the 
event you've just started playback (and it started at 1.0x), you haven't 
got a previously-used (in this playback session) stretch value, so it 
defaults to turning on stretch to 1.5x.
