[mythtv-users] After Upgrade from 0.24 to 0.26 Commflag Error 140?

After not touching my Mythbox for 2 years, I finally dove into it and 
upgraded from 0.24 to 0.26.  While I have some nagging issues, the main 
one for me right now is that all commflag jobs exit with an error status 
of 140.  I've searched the web and found some reference to others seeing 
this intermittently but without resolution beyond "restart the backend 
and it goes away for a while".  In my case, I get this error every time 
on every job no matter how many times I restart the backend.

I looked in the log for clues but don't find any I understand. Here's a 
snippet of my logs:
