The lack of HW decode was the initial interpretation, which Intel
later claimed was wrong (Intel claiming it does have the HW
decoder).  I think I did state that the previously valuable Intel
specification detail is now marketed until confusion.

In any case, I have no plans to actually purchase a B810 to
research the facts regarding what the processor is capable of
(and, of course, a vendor could disable the HD graphics in
preference to their embedded solution), so I will defer to
your personal experience that it does not work.  In which
case Intel was wrong with their correction.
