[mythtv-users] Australia users - Shepherd versus IceTV

Australian users - is anyone able to provide some feedback as to how
Shepherd compares to IceTV in terms of data quality and consistency? I
currently use IceTV and it has been rock solid but it's a paid solution and
I originally got it primarily so that I could schedule recordings using the
IceTV apps which obviously now don't apply / work in a MythTV world. Plus
IceTV are starting to put their prices up.

 

I've seen Shepherd mentioned in passing a couple of times but don't have a
feel for how good Shepherd is in practice? Or how they go with updating
schedules in the few (12) hours before airtime? Comments appreciated.
