It's not limited to only Cisco.  Lots of manufacturers produce managed
switches, but they invariably cost more than unmanaged switches, often
by a lot.  You can browse the options on your favorite retail site.

On Newegg, they're under:

Home >  Computer Hardware > Networking > Wired Networking > Switches

then select "Managed" under "Network Management Type".
