[mythtv-users] Tuners in constant use, until I change the way backend starts

Check permissions in /dev/dvb/... I guess it needs to be readable by 
your whichever user is running mythbackend. If you have to change the 
permissions I think you ca add a chmod line to /etc/rc.d/rc.local or 
similar to make it stick after boot.
