AFAIK no one has any numbers to do the statistics,
and any one persons numbers are irrelevant.  My
WAG is that the number is likely bi-modal (just like
packet sizes :-), with a large bump at the small
interval, and another (wider one) at the large interval.
But I could easily be wrong (as could you);
"Lies, damned lies, and statistics".
