I think you may have a mixture of versions of libcec that is not  
helping. Where did you get libcec2 from? It's not in Wheezy, it's in  
experimental. Might be best to get rid of all your libcec's and the  
-devs then get libcec-dev and libcec2 from the same place and try again.

I got mine from github and compile the debs myself. They provide a  
debian/rules file so all you have to do is run
"make -f debian/rules binary" from the top level and out pops the  
debs. (That assumes you have the build-deps sorted but that's not too  
hard).
