Hi

Please can someone shed some light on my problem

Now that there seems to be support for the HVR22xx tuners in ubuntu 12.04,
I am trying to use my shiny new HVR-2200 (well new to my mythbox anyway)

My STB is connected to the composite input on the card

My region is PAL-I, when selecting this as the tv format i get the
following error

However the correct format is selected by the SAA7164 driver as I can view
the stream perfectly via VLC
If I swap to NTSC, Myth runs through fine, calls the channel changer
script, but then exits saying there is no AV decoder
