Don't let that do /anything/ until you've fixed your broken Storage 
Groups definitions.  It will tell you you're missing all of the 
recordings from the file systems that MythTV isn't seeing, and if you 
let it delete them, you'll end up with a bunch of files to sort through, 
figure out what they are, and stick into Video Library.

First step is to fix your SGs so that MythTV can see/use them.  This is 
almost definitely either a change to your file system layout (which 
means changing directories specified in the SG directory list) or 
permissions problems.
