No, it should be instant. 

What touch does is create an empty file with the name you specified. The purpose being, that Myth will see the file exists and remove it, stopping it from complaining of non-existent recordings. 

>From your output, it looks like it completed. You won't get a success notice, it'll just give you a prompt.
