[mythtv-users] Suspend to RAM almost working, but not quite

Thas what I do at the moment. However, reducing the boot time from 40s to
10s adds a little comfort and makes the box feel more like an appliance.
Another issue is that every now and then the sound doesn't work after boot,
but this does not happen after suspending. Hence going to suspend is a
desirable workaround and solves two issues st once.
