The N means it has MoCA capability.  Nominally the same.

not a model (made by at least three companies).  In
theory they operate identically.

However, Comcast has two different remotes, one
silver silver and one grey silver, and they
send different codes.  Which remote works with which STB seems
to not be well documented, and for all I know the various RNG150s require
different colors/codes...
