There’s a very faint rattle to the pump but barely noticeable behind the hard disk drives, the noisiest things are the chokes on the GT430 graphics board. 

Sounds like you have an especially noisy pump, like I have an especially noisy graphics card! One day I’ll blob some silicon on those noisy chokes, well unless the graphics card gets upgraded before then which seems more likely.
