This is a little offtopic, but I did a "day zero upgrade" to trusty on my
main system (not mythbuntu, but with mythfrontend installed) yesterday
night and it behaves quite well. (my ssd said "talk to the hand" and was
remounted ro during the upgrade which left the system in a weird state,
but this is a different story and I was able to recover the system and
proceed the upgrade ... nothing related to trusty)
I use Gnome 3 Flashback (Compiz) and the only "major" issue is that I can
not freely chose the color of the compiz firepaint effect now... :D :D
My upgrade path originated from precise which was a fresh install. I will
not say that it will be smooth for everyone to follow this path, but there
were upgrades in the past that went worse .... incredibly worse! ;-)
Not a bad animal this tahr one!
