To clean it up properly, you should probably use "Delete all video 
sources", then re-create your video sources and re-connect inputs.  If 
you do have shadow channels, there's likely other problems with the 
configuration (which allowed you to create the shadow channels), and 
"Delete all video sources" will clean out everything so that you can 
reconfigure it correctly.
