Not exactly.  Mythweb has no hard-coded HTML anywhere.  All requests are 
routed through mythweb.php by the rewrite engine, which in turn 
processes the path, passes it onto the appropriate handler module, and 
generates the web page.  It sounds like your rewrite engine is either 
not running, or not configured properly by mythweb.conf, and you're just 
picking up some static html file.
