It doesn't directly answer your question but for this fix I have just been checking https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/12045 occasionally. Click on the commits to see which ones are for where. If I read it correctly the fix went into master 9 days ago so apt-get should work for you for this fix. It is also now in devel/0.27 (39 hours ago) but it is not yet in fixes/0.27.
