I would not either.  Gawker's defense is currently stated
to be "we are a news site", and if that position prevails,
and given that news outlets have historically been granted
special treatment, the result may not help "the rest of us".
And, after Tarantino gets his pound of flesh from the
agent in question (and there will be hell to pay by that
agent), I would guess it will get dropped before a decision.
This is all about making the point about not leaking scripts.
For those that have a memory about such things, one
might recall that the "Forbidden Planet" remake script
leaked too, and the project was eventually scrapped
(at least for this round).
