I take it you've got your cablecard activated?
Each of the three tuners in your HDHRp need to be configured,
including (1) an attached video source and (2) a valid start channel.
Stop the backend and go back through MythTV-Setup again. The
following wiki page section may be useful:

If you want to use the hdhomerun_config utility, you can install it
with MacPorts with 'sudo port install hdhomerun'. (hdhomerun_gui
mostly works, but not live tv viewing with VLC. An update is in
testing to hopefully fix that.)
