Depends on what you care about. You will not be able to view/record any
channels that are marked DRM, and I have several marked DRM that are not
premium/movie channels. I've escalated it but I'm not sure it will do any
good, but I'm able to record a lot of stuff I like...

Unfortunately from what I understand to view DRM channels you need to use
Windows Media Center or a Tivo.
