[mythtv-users] MCE remote and Mythbuntu

Generic USB MCE remotes are very cheap on ebay, so if you can't get yours
working, might as well order another one from ebay and save the
frustration.  The ones i have ordered work as a USB-HID, so they work right
out of the box.  It took some tweaking to get some extra buttons working.
