Did you actually let it record?  It's almost definitely showing that 
both will record, but then later--after the first showing records--it 
will show that the second won't record.  There was a change that made it 
more precise about showing which one of the duplicates will record in 
the future--but it only changes what it shows you, not what actually 
records.
