It is, but it's either none or automatic.  No option to just have keys
which skip using the commercial break information.

And no "sticky keys" option.

And that's all fine when commercial flagging is accurate but when it's
not the lack of both of those makes finding your way to the real
commercial break end a bit of a pain.
