I couldn't get used to the MythTV DLNA server. For large collections
of music sorted by various methods, I found it rather unwieldy. Minim
( http://minimserver.com/index.html ) has turned out to be a very nice
alternative for me, though. It seems to be able to slice & dice music
collections very well and handles compilations (e.g. movie
soundtracks) better than anything else I've found.
